Oceans Palette is a natural wood smokehouse located in Kenosha WI, right off the coast of Lake Michigan.

At Oceans Palette we are committed to producing the highest quality and tastiest products. We take pride in selecting the finest fish from around the world, from known suppliers with the greatest records regard for food safety and quality.

At Oceans Pallete each fish is hand cleaned and visually inspected, brined using our treasured recipe, then smoked to perfection with our distinctive natural wood blend smoke, resulting in an electable product worthy of our name. It is then hand packed to ensure the finest quality. All Oceans Palette products are made without any preservatives, artificial flavors or additives.
